Legal Agreement and Binding Nature
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CreateHub Academy. By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

- • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or offensive conduct
- • Respect fellow students' learning environment and contributions
- • Follow instructor guidance and academy policies during sessions
- • Report any misconduct or policy violations to academy administration
3 Content Guidelines and Restrictions
- • Use course materials solely for personal educational and professional development
- • Obtain written permission before sharing or reproducing any academy content
- • Credit CreateHub Academy when referencing course concepts publicly
- • Avoid creating content that violates community standards or platform policies
- • Respect age restrictions and content rating guidelines
4 Age Requirements and Capacity
- • Minimum age of 18 years for course enrollment
- • Legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- • Parental consent required for minors attending special workshops
- • Verification of age and identity may be requested
- • Guardian approval for students under legal guardianship
Liability and Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranties
CreateHub Academy provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreateHub Academy shall not be liable for:
